We offer free worldwide shipping for all our instruments. The delivery times and methods for different products are as below.

Violin, Viola, Cello: approximately 2 weeks, free express shipping. 

Double Bass: approximately 50 days as we have to ship by sea or train given its big size. 

All shipments are door to door, so you need to do nothing but receive the package at home/office.  Every instrument is checked before shipping to make sure there is nothing wrong, and every shipment comes with a tracking number for you to trace your package. We have built solid partnership with the world's famous shipping companies like DHL, FedEx, TNT, EMS, etc.

We do shockproof & wet-proof packaging for every instrument to ensure the package arrives in perfect condition. If by any chance it's damaged, we offer immediate refund or replacement upon checking your pictures without asking you to return the original package. We'll just need your help to file a claim with the carrier and give us the claim number, by which we can get compensation from them.

We have a special team to do shockproof packaging for every musical instrument. The materials we use include bubble films, foam plates, standard export carton, etc.
